My sincere condolences to Jim's family. Jim was a special man who I met through work at the Port Byron Central School Business Office. He became a friend and advisor to me and my family along with Mike Durgala. They were special people to us. RIP Jim you deserve the best.

Jim was an Exceptional human being and an outstanding member of our Cayuga County Judicial System.
