Not sure what to say?

Jim was a frequent customer when I co-owned Desert Car Wash. He and I always had great conversations and he was so generous! One time he picked up the phone, calked his secretary and then asked my address. I told him and he repeated it to her and closed with "take him out if the system" I did not see a bill for TEN YEARS and always really appreciated it! Another time I asked how I could get in the trash business. He replied that there were two ways in. "You are born or marry into it" He...

Only coincidentally my name is the same as Jim´s sister. I worked at Palm Springs Disposal for almost 20 years and retired many years ago. With that being said I am saddened to learn of Jim´s death. He was such a kind and thoughtful employer. My thoughts and prayers to Lissa, Chris, family and friends.

Great friend and someone I will never forgett

So unbelievably saddened to hear that Jimmy has left for a better place. What a beautiful person with a heart of gold and a smile that never quit. I will always remember the countless rounds of golf we played at Canyon CC / Indian Canyons Golf Resort. Always marveled at his passion for a new club that he could hit just a little farther . Rest In Peace my friend, you were one of a kind !!!

I am so saddened to read that you, Jim my dear friend, passed away. I had not heard from you after several texts and calls with no reply. When I looked in the Obituaries and saw your picture and that you had passed away 2/22/21, I was so, so sad.
Jim you were a wonderful person and a great friend to Wally and me and we loved you very much.
When we talked, after you came home from the hospital, you were so grateful you had a wonderful doctor and you were so sure you would get well...

RIP Jimmy. A wonderful man that I was priveleged to know and play golf with back in the 1990s. See you on the back nine bud. I'll be wearing Tommy Bahama of course as I'm sure you will too.!

Jim was a great man we loved him as family . Surfer guy all the way. We are right now watching his music on u tube. What a talent . Wish we could have seen him play we will definitely miss this wonderful generous man . Gods blessings to the Cunningham family . Lots of love . Randy and Terri Wade.

So shocked to hear this news. Jim was a wonderful customer in my Hawaiian shirt store for many years. In my mind he was the perfect California guy ... handsome, blonde hair, successful and always in a nice sports car. He was always kind, humble and respectful to me. My sincere sympathy to read that he's passed.

It was a pretty big space that Jimmy occupied for so many. We miss him terribly and I'm sure Palm Springs feels the same. Our condolences to Chris and all family and friends.
