James was born on January 23, 1937 and passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018. James was a resident of New Bern, North Carolina at the time of passing. Interment will be in Oriental Cemetery.
Spent many, many hours fishing the Neuse and up Smith Creek with Jimmy during our schooldays. We were best buddies. Condolences to his family.
