Not sure what to say?

Jim was one of a kind! I took my Business Law Class at OUC where Jim was the instructor at the time. He taught the class sitting on the corner of his desk quoting real estate law and cracking jokes! I learned more in his class than all my other classes combined. He had a brilliant mind and was one of the smartest atty´s I´ve worked with and for! He made me a better Real Estate Broker.

As an 18 year old, I worked for James and David in their law office. This was a wonderful experience that I have never forgotten. Both of these men were perfect gentlemen, professional and extremely good to work with. I have often thought of them and always wanted to see them again. I am so sorry that I never did, having lived elsewhere. My condolences to the family on your loss. How lucky you have been to share a life with such a wonderful man. Linda McClaskey Harris

To all, please accept my sincerest condolences for your loss. Jim was a good man. Always a gentleman, always a professional. My mentor in real estate law, along with Joe Kear, during my 16 yrs as Ross County Sheriff, because so much counted upon doing it right. A true loss to our community and to his profession.

Dear Mary, Jim K and family, our heartfelt sympathies. Jim was a great lawyer, always helpful to anyone in need of help, including young attorneys needing guidance. His model airplane hobby, tales of Navy days and genuine goodness provided inspiration. A great man from a great family. So proud he agreed to serve as daughter's Godfather. Ave atque vale.

Mrs Cutright, Jim and family we are very saddened to hear of Mr Cutright's passing. We enjoyed knowing him and hearing his jokes. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
