Jim was my boss at Fairfield for 29 years (1978-2007)and he was one of the smartest people I have ever met. He was more than a mentor to me and it was my privilege and good fortune to work for him all those years. He was very accomplished and successful in many areas and I send my most heartfelt sympathies to Marilynn at this most difficult time.

Jim is so special, and for sure will be remembered for his dedication and contribution to the gear industry and Fairfield. His legacy will be an inspiration to many. Rest in Peace!
