I met Jim through my sweet dog Cheese. Jim was known to us and many here in Brooklyn as the Biscuit Man. Dogs throughout the city would wait for Jim and his dog biscuits. Jim holds a special place in human and canine hearts for his kindness to our 4 legged fur babies. Jim was recognized by my Cheese from several blocks away and there was no way he could sneak past our house undetected. It wasn't just the treats my dog wanted but the petting and kind words Jim always had for him. We miss him...
