Not sure what to say?

Jim we had great times camping with the scout I remember the fun we had at Lovell Canyon. Will miss you buddy .George and Sandee Stewart

Jim touched the life of countless young boys throughout his life. He will always be in our memory, because he left us with so many WONDERFUL memories. God must have needed a new Scout Leader... So he chose the best one....

Jim was an awesome person! I worked with him since '91 and he was so proud of his entire family. Shared many stories of scouts , Olympic events and how cute all the kids were. How he loved all of you. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of you. God bless.

While I've only known Jim (Dee & David) since 2004 I know I've had the privilege of knowing a "great man!" A man of strength, resilience, deep humor and compassion. You will be missed/Linda Knight

I came to know Mr. Decker through his ardent support of the Boy Scouts. Mr. Decker was the Chartered Organization Representative for Boy Scout Troop 138 which is chartered by the LAs Vegas Elks Lodge. Mr. Decker was a kind, generous, warm hearted person who believed in the Scout Law and the principles of Scouting. The 30 plus Eagle Scouts and other scouts, whose lives Mr. Decker touched through his generosity and support have lost a great mentor and a good friend. Through them, his legacy...

I Pray For Deckers family He was the first Person I met when I started working for Reeco in 1978
