Sadness in our family as we mourn the loss of my brother-Sargent JAMES FREDERICK DEFREESE, US AIR FORCE- Retired. We were very close as brothers, we talked on the phone sometimes 2-3 times a day. When he and family came to visit, they would stay with Diane and I. He and Doris got married at my house about 42 years ago. We were extremely close and he will be greatly missed. In Texas he was James, to family in Alabama- he was Fred. To a couple bus loads of nephews and nieces he was Uncle Fred....
