Not sure what to say?

Lari (Jackson) Mirabile

Remember that smile, always a big smile lighting the way ... a promise of good cheer to follow. Too few good smiles and good cheer ... Wish we could have kept him around forever ... Cal

Betty, I am so sorry for your loss - James was and still is a great man. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him. He always had a smile on his face when I seen him, never unhappy. All my love and prayers for you and family. Bobbi Q - Rehab Hospital

My sincere condolences to the entire Delamater family and friends of Dr. D's. I first met him in 1960, while working as Warren Woodson's secretary and officed in Williams Gym. I took beginning tennis from him while I attended NMSU part-time and continued to work in the athletic department - for Coach Lou Henson 1967-75. He was a tremendous role model and innovator who left a legacy for those that follow.

Jim, we of the real board (NMSU coffee shop at the golf course) will miss your insightful input and discussion of the various subjects brought up for resolving in a timely manner. We'r happy that now all your drives will be long and true, and all the putts holed with determination. We love you and miss you.

Wayne,

Sorry to hear about the passing of your Dad, I have wonderful memories of him and how he supported the Mesilla Park Reds baseball team.

He was a great role model for all of us.

Our prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Betty, We were so sad to learn of the death of Jim. While written and spoken words are inadequate to express the depth of our concern for you and all of Jim's family, we do want each of you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers.... John and Virginia Owens
