I was so sorry to hear that Jim passed on. I have very fond memories of him, growing up together (Jim is my first cousin) when our families got together for family reunions and all. Our families were very close. I especially remember the time when he came up to Tahoe to help dad build our cabin. Since I was 5 years younger, he always found a way to tease me. I wish I had a pic from the 50's showing him at the cabin. Rest in peace Jim.

Jim was such a kind and thoughtful neighbor. We already were missing him when he moved from Livermore. We were so glad for getting in such a sweet visit this past year when Jim and Dona returned.
