Not sure what to say?

I also worked with Jim when he was a teacher at Ocean lakes Elem in 1990. He was agreat friend and guide as I transitioned to life at the beach. It was wonderful to learn that he would be entering as assistant principal at another school I loved and in which I also taught--Virginia Beach Middle. I moved away with my family to continue my 33rd year of teaching in another part of the state.

Traveling back, Jan 16 weekend , I passed by the school on 25th street and was alerted to...

Mr. Dillon was a total class act with a great passion for teaching.

He taught both of my children at PAMS, he served as the school’s activity coordinator. I remember his smiling face at volleyball games. He would always give the students and parents words of encouragement.

Mr. Dillon could bring out the best in students. He was my daughter’s favorite teacher. May God Bless his soul. I am very sorry for the Dillon's Family lost. Please know my family truly...

I am so sorry to hear the news of Jim's passing. I worked with Jim many years ago at Seatack Elementary and have such fond memories of him as a teacher and father.
I will always remember his wonderful smile.
My prayers are with you and your family.

I am sure that Mr. Dillon has a place reserved for him in Heaven, he has touched the lives of so many students.

Mr.Dillon taught my physical science class in 7th grade, and was my academic challenge coach. Mr. Dillon challenged me to be a better student, and made learning fun.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Sincerely,

Christopher Bowers

Deb & Family,
I am so sorry to hear about Jim. I remember the days as a student of yours Deb and how he was always at PAMS supporting our activities. The past few years I have worked with him with some of his former students that are now students of mine at FCHS. This summer I had the privilege of working with him as well a few days as an administrative intern when he was filling in at CLMS. He was a great leader and a great person. Jim will surely be missed by everyone. My thoughts and...
