Not sure what to say?

Mr. Dillion was a leader and mentor to me when I worked as a Private Investigator for his detective agency in 1986-1987. Jim motivated me to seek a career in law enforcement/security and encouraged me to seek advanced education.

I’m for ever grateful for Jim and the time he took to develop me.

Godspeed Mr. Dillion.

So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort and strength to endure this time of sorrow by drawing close to God who gives support to those who rely on Him. Psalms 145: 14, 18

so very sorry to hear of Jims passing. We worked with each other for many years. He alwaywas an inspiration and leader of his men. He also was a valued member of my staff, giving guidance to me and men of the spd of the highest quality. He will be missed by all who were fortunate to know him..

May the memories of the wonderful times you shared together bring a smile and joy in your heart.

My sincere condolences to your family for the loss of your love one. May the God of comfort be with you during this sad occasion and may his loving words at John 6:40 console your heart.

Combined with the police academy and an excellent FTO I felt I had a broad knowledge base. Jim continually showed me things I never saw before on subjects ranging form knowledge & application of law, and department policy. His investigative expertise, especially at death investigations often left me speechless. Jim was a...
