James Patrick Dodge

So sad to hear about this. I remember driving to Seattle with Jim Gregor and Patrick....going through a blizzard in his VW van.... he was so sweet, and I always made him laugh. Everyone I knew then is now gone.....it is very odd and I think of Hemlock St. often....

Dave and I were deeply saddened by the news of Patrick's unexpected passing.
A cherished photo album that Patrick gave us is a reminder of the many camping trips and Thanksgiving dinners we shared.
We remember those times, and especially Patrick, with real affection.
Patrick's memory will live on anytime we hear a Union song or see the Red Star.

Dear Mary,

I am so sorry to learn of Patrick's death. What an awful shock. I think about him frequently. He was very important to me during the 1970's and he did help shape the rest of my life.

I wish I had seen him more that a few times in the years since then. I did invite him and you to dinner while I worked at court, but he declined.

I will alwasy remember him with love and respect for his principles.

My sincere condolences.
