Not sure what to say?

I was completely crushed today to discover the loss of J.B.Dooms. He was one of my favorite photography students at Clovis West High School. I knew him to be so bright, confident and always in good humor. He emailed me in 2009 telling me all about his web site just before leaving to Costa Rica to photograph a surfing contest. I was bragging to a current student today about J.B. As I looked for his web page I found the bad news. Life is so unfair it seems. J.B. was a such great guy. I remember...

Still cant believe this happened. Glad we shared a lot of good times...Miss you brother...

Hey James, just was thinking about you, been on your site for ages looking at photos. Glad we got to hang out that night in Florida with Bad Manners & Dave Wiens. I still don't believe it......

We are very sad to hear about James. Our deepest sympathy to Paula and all of his family and friends. He was very passionate and talented.

I remeber JB as a happy, cute boy in my 4th grade room at Cowden Elementary School in Springfield, MO. As I read the article, I recognized many of the characteristics JB showed even as a boy. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for the loss of such a special man. Much love to you and all your family.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to the Dooms family and friends.

I was extremely shocked and saddened to hear about James. He was a great guy and will be missed by many. My condolences to the entire family
