Not sure what to say?

I have great memories of "Jimmy", James Grier, Alvin Farley and I fishing and camping on the Trinity river.
He was a pleasure to be with and even though we had been out of touch, the memories are as strong as if they happen recently.
Condolences to Mary and the entire family.
Blessings,
Jim M. Madden

i will always remember the look on jim's face while he was videoing me getting off the lift. i ran over and knocked down a snow bunny all dressed in a silk snowsuit. i didn't know how to stop then. i love you big jim and will see you later.

Jim came into Johns cafe a year or so ago as I was waiting for my food and as one would I said order and sit. He seemed a little low so as we spoke he told me he knew his time was limited . At this time Jim still looked like he always had so I told him I was sure he would recoup . Jim said no I don't think so . Rest in peace brother. Lieut Seth Bostic, Summersville Vol. Fire Dept., Summersville, WV

Talking engines and mufflers of our first cars late into the evening at Charco's Drive-In is a memory of Jimmy as fresh as yesterday!
Fifty years of fleeting time do not diminish friendship forged so long ago. Jim was a true friend to all who knew him.
Condolences and deepest sympathy to Mary and the family.

"Happy Trails Jim"

Grossblatt came home one day and said,"There's a New Guy on the trail, and he likes books, guns and knives..." Thus started a friendship and a goodnatured (and often intense) rivalry between two men and the hunt for antique treasure in Dallas. Grossblatt would often say,"That Jim! He sweet talked his way in and got all the fishing lures/poles and good cowboy books! Damn!" But he said it with Respect and Love. And as the years went by...the sitting on porches and sitting in cars for hours...

Godspeed Jimmy. You and Mary seem to have had a wonderful life together, ...great children and grandchildren. May the Lord bless you and all your family members.

Mary and family, I got to know Jim through the antique business. He became a friend, someone I respected. I will miss him.
