Not sure what to say?

Love to the family. He was a Sunday School teacher when I was a student at Winthrop. We were invited to his home for coffee just before graduation. That was in 1969. I remember him well.

David and I met your parents 40 plus years ago and relished their friendship dearly.. We visited with them in South Carolina before your dear Mother passed on and later stopped to visit your amazing Dad at the retirement residence. They were terrific neighbors in North Carolina and a privilege to call them friends. Our deepest sympathy and many prayers. With very fond memories, Ruth and David TeitelDavid

Margaret, I'm so sorry for your loss. May God bless and comfort you and your loved ones. Beth Borders Younts

The Doswells were such wonderful neighbors and friends the years that we got to live next door to them - and in some years after they moved to Westminister. They were both special people that we easily learned to so love and respect. I know that now Marshall will be so missed. Our love and prayers are certainly with the family. Aubrey and Norma Smith

Mr. Dos or the Big Man on Campus is what I would affectionately call him @ Westminster Towers. He was well known & respected here @ The Towers. I don't think I've ever seen him NOT smiling...Even when he wasn't feeling at his best. We're going to miss that smile around here. May God strengthen the Doswell family this difficult time.

Maggie and Julie and Laura--your Dad was one of a kind. We were friends for nearly 60 years, many of them as colleagues and all of them as rewarding. He is the reason I came to Rock Hill and Springs and helped me decide to stay. I know you miss him but he was with you for more than our usual allotted time, and meant so much to so many, including his beloved family. Norma and I send our condolences and best thoughts. Bob Thompson

My heartfelt sympathy to the family and my gratitude for all the memories that Marshall and Gloria gave to so many of our families and Rock Hill. I will always recall our shared times with Sierra Club and outings when our children were growing up. Then even in his last years his conversations were always so upbeat with his wonderful personality. Judi Gustafson

Margaret, I am so very sorry for the loss of your dad; You and your family are in my prayers and thoughts during this difficult time. Vickie Hefner Roberts

It was my privilege to know such a special gentleman. Ursula Progl
