Not sure what to say?

I was so very sorry to hear of the passing of JD. Even though I hadn't seen him since I moved to the other side of the state, I considered him a dear friend. I know he would have been there for me if need be because that was Jim...always there for his friends. I have so many memories of working with him and times outside of work which included times at the lake when my brother had a place down the road in Gladwin. I loved his father, Big Jim, who my sons considered a Grampa. I would like to...

Betty, so sorry to hear about Jim. I always enjoyed working and knowing him for over 47 years. He has a wealth of knowledge - as he would say - of useless information. Our prayers go out to you and his family. May God Bless.

To Betty and the rest of the Doucette family please accept my condolences. I went to school with Betty at Holy Redeemer years ago and my brother John Coggins and Jim were great friends for all of those years. As it turned out two great people ended up getting together and sharing a wonderful life. If we believe what we were taught, they will be together again. God Bless.

I met Jim 4 years ago at his brother Tim's home. Tim called about 3 years ago and said Jim wanted to play hockey again could he play with our team "Shenanigans". I told him of course every team has rated players and Jim would be rated accordingly. The 50 and Over league has always tried to accommodated relatives and friends on the same team. Jim was an instant hit with everyone with his good naturedness He came out and gave it his all. Since Jim and I both are from Flushing we drove together...

RIP Jim. Was nice knowing you. Always enjoyed talking with you after hockey.

My sincere condolences to Betty, and Jim's brothers and sister: Randy, Tim, Howie and Donna. My thoughts and prayers are with your families at this time.
