Not sure what to say?

To all of Jim's family - my deepest condolences to all of us who knew Jim. I was one of the many who knew Jim through working at Southwest's cath lab, laughed at his funny stories about himself, family, friends, and life. He will be missed.

Sara, Words can't begin to say what we feel. You and I bonded so quickly when we met at the Kairos retreat many years ago. When I met Jim, he made me feel so welcome in your home. I loved that man. He was truly Christ's servant to all those he met. The Lord must have loved him very much to call him home so quickly. We love you Sara and I'll be there as soon as you call.

Love,
Julie and Jerry Simpson

Sara, you and Jim have been my dear, dear friends since we met in bible study in 1974 in Colorado Springs. We were all "young" then with our new babies. Jim was an inspiration to me from the first time we met. I remember his playing the guitar! We've all been through so much together and now you and I are looking forward to heaven when we can be reunited with Jim & Jim! You and Jim have been there for me for 41 years. I will be there for you Sara for the rest of my life.

Sara and family, we are continually lifting you up in prayer. We are so saddened by Jim's passing. We have some wonderful memories of fun times visiting you two here in the beautiful NW. You both were excellent tour guides and fun to be with! We are so glad that we are here in town so we can be with you for the service. Love you! Nancy and Norman

Dear Sara, I am so saddened by Jim's passing and also the news of his daughter Jamie's death. Truly, your family has too much to deal with at present. Jim was such a pleasant and genial host when I visited in your home two years ago. I know it was a challenge, listening to our constant "cousin" chatter, but he was extremely patient, and I admired him greatly for it. Please know I am holding you and yours in my heart and prayers, and will continue to do so!
Love and hugs, Julie

I truly will miss Jim. Always enjoyed working with and learning from him. He always had a twinkle in his eye! Sara, God bless you and your family as you adjust to this transition. I know he is with you in spirit!

Dearest Dougherty Family, my deepest condolences to all of you. I worked with Jim at Southwest for 10+ years. He was my preceptor, teacher, co-worker but mostly, friend. I have heard stories about all of you. It was always Jimmy (he hated me calling him that at first) who had the calm, steady hand to assist the doctor during the stressful times. I will miss him to pieces and feel very blessed to have had him in my life. Please know he loved his family very, very much. Peace to you, Amy Jean...

I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I worked with Jim at KVOR Radio many years ago. He was a very talented, thoughtful and kind young man, someone everyone respected. My sincere sympathy to his loved ones.
