Jim and Shirley were always very caring and kind. They will never be forgotten. We send our very best to the Dowgin family. Lucille and John (T-Bone friend)

Jim will always be remembered as a caring and always there to help guy. I will remember the Tbone meeting in the Dowgin garage and Shirley´s apple pie after. There will always be the memories of Hershey in October and the search for those elusive model T parts. Signed. John ( one of the last of the Tbones) I hope we will again have those meetings.

We are very sorry to hear about Jim. He was a very nice neighbor. It was fun to watch him drive his antique cars around town. He will be missed.

I offer my condolences to Mrs. Dowgin, Tom and Joan (my college classmates) and the rest of the family. Jim obviously made his mark on his family and others, and I'm sure has left behind a multitude of happy memories.
