Died April 30, 2006 James Edwin "Hank" Downey, 90, at Scottsboro died Sunday. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until the start of services at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Scottsboro Funeral Home. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
