I worked with Dr. Drennan in Orthopedics for almost 8 years. He was an excellent surgeon and cared very much about his patients. I thought about him today and was going to bring him some of his favorite brownies, and discovered he had passed. So sorry he is no longer with us. I loved to hear about his stories about difficult cases and his many travels abroad. I know he missed his wife Julie, and now he can rest in peace. My deepest sympathy to all of his family.

Dr. Drennan performed surgery on my ankle when I was 5 years old and I continued to visit him for years afterward at Newington so he could monitor my progress. He was a lovely man and a great doctor who knew how to help his young patients feel more at ease in what could be scary situations. Many condolences to his family.

We sure had sore feet for a few days. I would like to say to his sister, Pat and his children to never forget all the fine memories he and...
