Not sure what to say?

I had the honor of working with Dr. Dudley while he held multiple physician leadership roles, including Regional Chief, Board Member, and Chairman of the Riverside Medical Group Board of Directors. Beyond his exceptional medical expertise, I remember this truly remarkable physician, his unwavering service and dedication to his communities, his leadership-what he often referred to as "common sense"-and, most of all, his compassion and willingness to help anyone. His commitment to his patients,...

I wish to express my deepest condolences to the family of Dr. James Dudley, an exceptional physician, a mentor, and a close friend during my time at Riverside Tappahannock Hospital. His dedication and commitment to his community have left an indelible mark on all of us who had the privilege of knowing him. His passion for caring for others and his empathy made a significant difference in the lives of many. He was always a guide and a special person to my wife and me as two immigrants from...

I am truly saddened to hear of his passing. I considered him a friend and a fine example of what a doctor should be. He a great loss to the...

I am so saddened to hear this. I have many fond memories of working with James on the MSV board. He was a good friend and a tenacious advocate for our profession. He will surely be missed by all who knew him. Rest in peace my friend.

I always enjoyed talking to Dr. Dudley either in person or on the phone when he was an MSV board member. He was such a joy and an interesting person to talk to. He will be dearly missed at the MSV. I remember him always talking about his family. Many prayers to his beloved family. I will sincerely miss him.

James and I shared UVA and Med School and many memories during that time. I know he will rest well in his new home. I am forever thankful for the many memories we shared. Howard Haverty

I always enjoyed working with him in the ER and on committees. He was someone you couldn't help but admire, yet he never sought it. I am better for knowing him.
