Not sure what to say?

I revisiting some recommendations on LinkedIn, I decided to check in on Jim, wondering what he was up to these days having taught sailing with him in Marina del Rey and later sharing some friendship and work passions.

To my dearest friend, Mary, and the entire
Ealer family,

My thoughts and prayers are with you all
during this difficult time. Jim will be
missed by many. He was a wonderful
human being and a loving son. May you
find comfort in the memories you all
shared with Jim.

May the love of many friends give you the strength that you will need. He is a perfect image of his daddy and now he will leave his legacy behind just like DAD.

Jim worked with us for many years, he was more than a consultant, and beloved by all who worked with him. Always calm and upbeat, so professional but very personal too, he was a joy to know and to be around. We are so shocked by the news. Our sincere condolences to the family.

Mary and family,
Our hearts break for you and pray that God's love and comfort will be with you and give you the peace only He can give. Like his father, he will leave a lasting legacy.

Our prayers are with you and your family.
God Bless you all.
