Not sure what to say?

Rae,

Peter and I cannot express how sorry we are to learn of Jim's passing, and how much we wish we were with you to give you love and support. Please know that we are thinking of you and that you and Bill are in our prayers. Jim was a special man in all ways -- friend, mentor, guide, father, husband and bon vivant. Please do contact us in Virginia whenever you feel up to it. Love always, Sheila and Peter Strand

Dear Rae and Bill,
My heart goes out to both of you and Jim's family and many friends. There are so many fond memories of Jim - it is quite an experience to remember all of the wonderful times. I am sending you very much love and many hugs.
Dana

Jim came to see my mother a few days before she died, and I will never forget what that meant to Mom and to all our family. I talked about Jim in my eulogy for Mom--his deeds meant that much to me. Jim was a friend to count on in good times and bad. He will be greatly missed by so many people who thought the world of him. Rae, Bill, and other family members, I hope you feel all our prayers surrounding you.

Much love,
Sue

Like so many others, I too have great respect and appreciation for Jim's leadership both at TI and Compaq. He was a mentor to me and I thank him for that. My sincere condolences to Rae and the family.

Rae and family: I truly am sorry to hear about your loss. He was a very special man and I know how you all will miss him but just remember the joys of his life.

Thinking of you, beautiful, strong Rae-
Remembering you both with years and years of love and laughter--

Sending love and hugs,
Resa
