James Henry Edwards Jr. SUFFOLK - James Henry Edwards Jr., 77, of the 4100 block of Pughsville Road, died Oct. 15, 2008. A funeral will be held Monday at noon in New Hope Baptist Church Pughsville. Fisher Funeral Home, 1520 Effingham St., Portsmouth, is in charge.
