James Robert Emmel

I want to express my depest sympathy to Bob's family. Bob Emmel was a wonderful man with an exemplary affiliation with the school we know and love as Southern Nazarene University. I had the privilege of being with Bob on the SNU campus several times and worked with him on the class gift to the Marchant Family Alumni Welcome Center. What a kind and gracious man he was! He will be missed by all but especially by his dear family. God bless you all.

Bob wil be missd! He was a good friend and I admired him. I appreciate especially his influence on my brother, Charles Wiman, who was in a Sunday School Class that Bob taught many years ago at BFC. I pray for peace and comfort for each of the family. Lovingly,

Prof. Emmel was a wonderful professor, and one of our favorites. His classes were exciting and meaningful. So many practical lessons for daily living were presented and helpful through the years. We appreciated the Godly life he lived.
