Eighteen years ago Jim took me under his wings and taught me without hesitation how to be a professional employee. His expertise in so many areas was humbling and at the same time very motivational. I feel very lucky to have known and worked closely with Jim and am deeply saddened by his passing. With deepest respect I offer my condolences.
