My deepest condolences,,Carol, and to all your family at the passing of Jim. I will treasure the memories of family gatherings in Buffalo, visiting your home and Jim showing off his pride and joy (besides family) his extensive trains and village, and especially being able to meet up with you for lunch back in May. I will treasure my memories! He was such a very good man!
