Robert Bass Jim English , when I hated everything about church, was without, any, judgement, When I am considerate and patient, It is him in me, I saw him last in Churchland Middle School parking lot, I was playing tennis-- no idea why I left the courts... I guess I went to get Water (9 years later) , he stopped and knew, me. He is my best self.

Dear Lue, to you and the entire immediate and extended English family, on the anniversary of your beloved "Jim" may memories continue to dwell in your hearts, forever. God's continued peace be with you.

I must say it was a treat to talk with him about anything... work, friends or family, it didn't matter. He was always willing to listen and share any stories. It was easy to see he was a great man. Mrs. English and family. Please accept my condolences for your great loss. My prayer is that your family and church will wrap their arms around you at this time and in the future. Transitions in life are challenging and we need all of the help we can get. I did not know your son was pastoring in the Mechanicsville area. That is where I have my original roots.
