My deepest condolences to Mary Ann. As a collegue in law school and fellow officer in the U.S. Navy, I knew Jim to be a totally honest man of the highest moral character. He will always be remembered for his hard work, devotion to family, community and country, and great sense of humor. Jim will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
