My fondest memory of Mr. Ester goes back to the late 70's when my family visited him in Florida, when we first came to the United States from Thailand at the end of the Vietnam War. He was the first one to introduce me to a proper southern breakfast. GOD bless him and my condolences to our family in Florida.
