James F. Heim

Our Family moved into the same neighborhood as "The Heim's" August of 1978. Of course they all welcomed our Family and all the Heim kid's became wonderful friends to my sister Shawn and myself. I have so many memories of growing up not only neighbor's but I felt like part of the family. We would all play in the neighborhood The Heim's ,The Apple's and us Adair girls. Mr Heim would work a lot and Mrs Heim would take some of us to his shop, the beach and I remember the Ice cream parlor near...

I just want to say that the short time that I was able to spend with you and get to know you whenever I would visit my daughter seemed like an eternity. You are a beautiful person and I´m sorry that you had to leave, but you are in the best world now. I am truly going to miss you Jim.

We were very saddened to hear of Jim's passing and send our deepest condolences to the Hein Family. We are so glad we kept in touch with Jimmy, especially the phone chats reminiscing about our childhood, and the "good ol' days" in Lemon Grove. :) Jimmy's stories and good humor will certainly be missed.
