My deepest condolences to Jim's family. I knew him (and brother George in particular) from our Hazleton baseball days many years ago, and from Holy Trinity, where his Dad would sing. I am very sorry to hear this. They were/are a wonderful family.

My sincere condolences to the Fadule family. I was a teammate of Jim's at Harvard, but got to know him better after graduation. I happily spent hours talking to Jim, getting a glimpe at his unique perspectives on history, life and football. Jim was extremely generous and caring as I endured my own health situation, and I only wish I could have returned in any short measure the intensity of the devotions and prayers he showered upon me. Oh I'm so sorry to hear this. Jimmy and his siblings were such good friends when we were kids. My heart goes out to all of you.

Jim was born exactly 2 days before me. When we discovered that, we laughed about how we experienced a lot of things together even though we lived miles and miles apart. Jim was always a gentleman in every way. His patience, wit and wisdom were evident upon first meeting him. I witnessed his devotion to his family, firsthand and it was beautiful to behold.
