Not sure what to say?

Two weeks ago today we welcomed a precious little girl into our family. She is perfect and I know that she was sent to me from my father with love. I wish that my daddy could have been here to see such a wonderful blessing. I know that he watched over her while she was deveoping to make her so perfect. She is such a sweet and good baby with a laid back attitude like my daddy. Bella is so good with her and is proud to be a big sister. I know that daddy would have loved to see how...

From all of us,

Doug was a wonderful husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather and of course one of the best bosses ever. It's been over a year now since Doug went to join Bubba, Davey, Clifford and Grandma as well as many others in heaven. Louise, you and Doug and De and Shea opened your hearts to me and my girls from day one and we couldn't have felt more welcomed into a new family or more blessed. When Trey and Andrew came along it only made that bond...

Louise, Dee and Shea,
Doug Farr was a great man. One that showed everyone the love of God. He was a wonderful example to all who knew him and we will all miss him greatly. When you are lonely, remember those sweet days of laughter and fun that your sweet dad and husband shared with you and know we will all see him again soon.
I love you,
Patsy Hall

My life with your father,... grandfather,... and great-grandfather, was the most wonderful forty years that anyone could have had. He was a wonderful, Christian man who truly loved the Lord, his family and his friends. He was a good friend to many people. Everyone knew that Doug was a kind and fair man. Our life revolved around church, our children, and their activities. He always loved to have our three children and all of their friends at our house, weekends and summer vacation would...

Right now, at 10:07 p.m., my Daddy, the greatest man on earth was pronounced dead. But, I know that he truly passed at 8:00 p.m., when my Mother placed a kiss on his forehead and he opened his eyes for the last time, sighed deeply, as he looked at her, then closed his eyes once more. I knew then that my Daddy had left this place, and went to be with Jesus. I try to remember the great times that we had, and I know that I had the best Daddy, ever. He was such a moral man, and such an...

Today is one year since my sweet sweet daddy left us to be with the Lord. It is been very hard and I miss him so very much. He was truly a wonderful father. As I think back through the years the one thing that sticks out in my mind is what a selfless, Christian man he was. He always put God and his family first and worked hard so that he could take care of us. I just wish he was here so that my daughters would be able to learn what I did from him. I love you and miss you very much.

Today would have been my Daddy's 71st Birthday. I can not tell you what a year it has been without the greatest Father. No one could ever know what it was like to be his daughter but me and Shea, and I miss him so much. My Daddy was the best example of a true Christian, he told others of Christ only by his actions, and not by just words. In fact, many were led to Christ by him, and they didn't even know that he was the reason. I think that it is a great testiment to his faith!! I cannot...

My handsome Daddy!

My Daddy, the Alabama fan!

Everyone,
Thank you so much for the kind words, flowers, donations, cards, food and prayers. My family has been so blessed to have such loving friends. Our hearts are so heavy right now with my sweet, wonderful Daddy not here with us, but we do know that he is in Heaven. I thank you all for your support and continued prayers.
