Jim was a dear friend. He was always there for me when I needed him. He was much loved by everyone who knew him. He will be sorely missed.

I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing but know there will be no more suffering for him now. What a wonderful neighbor Jim and Agnes have been to the Blanc family over the years. We'll miss Jim.
