James passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017. James was a resident of Burlington, New Jersey at the time of passing. He was a graduate of the Burlington County Institute of Technology and later earned an Associate's Degree from Burlington County College and a Bachelor's Degree from Rider University. A visitation for Jim will be held from 8:30-11am Saturday, March 18th at the Herman T. Costello Lyceum Hall, 432 High St., Burlington. Funeral services will begin at the hall at 11am with burial following in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Cedar Lane, Florence. Visitation MAR 18. 08:30 AM - 11:00 AM Herman T. James was a wonderful gentleman. I originally met him as my criminal justice student at BCC and instantly became friends. He was very motivated and goal oriented. He was very loyal friend. Condolences to his family. James will be missed. RIP.
