I don't remember Jim and family moving next door to us on Fenwick, so I guess they were there when I was born. Feb. 12 ,1935. So I guess I knew Jim for 72 years.It's the closest one can get without being brothers. I remember the sleepovers in the summer on our porch because it was screened in and we didn't have to worry about bugs. we used to sneak out and raid the victory gardens in the neighborhood for vegetables. Living next door to each other is one of the fondest memories of my life.What a great neighborhood.He was like a brother as was all of our families. We are so sorry to hear about your dad. When we were up there for Dev's graduation party and talked to him he looked so good and it was so nice to chat with him as it has been awhile.
