Not sure what to say?

Sometimes I wander in cyberspace looking for people I knew when employed. Lo and behold, I found his obituary! Met Jim when I visited the UW-L campus to organize academic staff employees in the late 1980s. Loved his sense of humor. We played pool at his home once and I have yet to figure out if he let me win on purpose! I lived in La Crosse as a kid, so we had lots of stories to swap. Albeit much after the fact, my condolences to Donna and the family.

Please accept my condolences, Donna. Jim and I had a good time in Financial Aid and later at academic staff gatherings. He was a great guy.

My most sincere sympathy to Donna and family. I was truly saddened to learn of Jim's death.

So very sorry to hear of Jim's passing. My deepest sympathy to Donna and family!

I was saddened and surprised to learn about Jim. He was such a steady, reliable person that I really respected.
I am so sorry.

Donna, we were so sorry to read about Jim's passing. I enjoyed working with Jim over the years at UW-L. My husband, Steve, enjoyed talking golf with Jim and his golf buddies at Valley High or over a few beers at the Bluffside. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Take care, Steve and Debbie Veglahn

Donna, we are so sorry to read of Jim’s passing. Out deepest sympathies to you and your family. We have some fun, fond memories from years past that will be with us always. May the Lord sustain you through this difficult time.
