Not sure what to say?

Jan 23, 2006
I just heard about this obit today from a Baldwinsville neighbor of Jim's, Betty Hommel. It stirred many fond memories of a fine business man I got to know when I bought a VW and whose kindness and kinship grew over the years. I remember his offer getting work done on Sat on my car so a planned vacation could start on time. And he told me of his joys in Florida. He was a wonderful man! We were blessed to have him in Central New York.

Dearest Jim,
We will miss you so much. We spent so much time together solving the problems of the world. We laughed together and we cried together. We were always there for each other. Favorite dinners, holidays, playing cards, and just hours on end of talking. We will surely miss you and we love you very much. May God give you peace in heaven. May you know as you look down upon us that we are thinking of you.
Love, Margaret, Peter and family

To my Uncle Jim, I will miss you greatly. Thank you for all your love.

I worked with Jim over the past summer on his new home in Baldwinsville NY. He was a great man to work with and I feel very lucky to have met him. I'm just sorry he won't be able to see or enjoy the final results of all our hard work on his beautiful home. May he rest in peace, he will be greatly missed.
