Not sure what to say?

To Jim and Family. I am so sorry that I missed the info on your dad's arrangements. I went to check yesterday and everything was over. I think you know the high regard I had for your father. He is a true Christian. The world is a lesser place without him. God bless you all.

To "Little" Jimmy and family, The world has lost one of the Great Ones. Your Dad was a special person, one of the nicest people I have ever had the honor to have known. Having been an honorary "Uncle" to my Alose family siblings, he and Aunt Grace where a joy to be around. In our later years, I had the high honor of being blessed with his beautiful singing of Eva Maria at my wedding to Joan in 1990. Your loss is our loss... Shakespeare wrote "God gave us memories, so that we shall...

James & Family: Please accept out heartfelt condolences. My mother, and our entire family loved your father (and mother) dearly. Mom has many memories of the women's 'club' with your mother, while dad was paling around with Uncle Sal, Uncle Tom (Phalen), and Uncle Charlie (Sayer). As a child living in Linden, it was a blessing to have the Irish blanket of love that surrounded us. But the most special of times was your dad singing "How Great Thou Art" at my grandfather's (Phil Renna) funeral....

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Finnegan family. Jim was a friend of my family since the 1950{s and we all had many laughs with him over the years. He treated us with his beautiful voice at our wedding 40 years ago! RIP Jim.

Truly a gentle man with a beautiful voice.

To the Family of James J. Finnegan. Very sorry for your loss. We are told that at times such as these to Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep. Romans 12:15 JF

Jimmy was one of the finest gentlemen I have ever known. Just a great guy. Happy to have called him my friend!

John Sigley, Retired Mailman , Linden, New Jersey

My sincere condolences to the family for the loss of your loved one. May prayers strengthen you and memories comfort you, and may our Lord Jesus Christ and God our Father, who loves us, comfort your hearts and "make you firm". (2 Thessalonians 2:16, 17)

A fine gentleman and a cherished friend.
