Not sure what to say?

To all the Fitzpatrick's and their wives, children and everyone else who lived, loved and cherished the beauty of having Big James 1 in their lives. Sorry for such a late reply but I've been away from Btown for 30 plus years. All my prayers and love from Fort Worth Texas RON EDWARDS ( Roskoski)

Nearly 5 years after his passing, my grandfather continues to be a great influence in my life today. He accomplished so much in his life and I strive to be like him. I spent today, Veterans day 2013, remembering him - listening to stories and learning things about him I never knew from my dad - like the day he returned from his tour in Vietnam. I am glad I was able to spend 18 years with him and am comforted knowing he is finally reunited with my uncle Brendan. We miss and love you both.

Fitspatricks, We are deeply sorry to hear about the loss of James sr. He was a good man. He will be missed. you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
God bless, The Hensleys,

I was a Georgetown classmate of Jim's, who we called "Big Fitz", to distinguish him from 2 (shorter) classmates. I was in the golf group with him on the recent reunion weekend. It was great to see him again after 50 years. I'm sorry to hear of his passing, and mourn his loss with you.

Sending our sincere condolences to Vickie and the entire family.

Dear Vicky, Erin and Cavan,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of loss.

Our condolences,
Rachel (Ditty), Trent and Benjamin Zuidland

Dear Vickie and Family,
We were so sorry to read about Jim's passing. He will be missed by everyone and remembered with great fondness.

I probably met Jim the first time almost 20 years ago at our favorite watering hole, Scottys. Over the years we discussed his past, and his family many times. As a Beaverton High School grad myself, just a few years before his son James, we had much in common, despite the difference in our ages.

Jim had many friends, and I am pleased to consider myself one of them. He will be missed greatly.
