Fondest memories working with this gentle man at Providence Hospital

Deepest sympathy to the entire Fitzpatrick family. Having worked with Dr. Fitzpatrick as a labor and delivery nurse for my entire career he was the gentlest, most caring physicians I knew.. so sorry for your loss.
Loved the assortment of bow ties.

Patrick Brian McGee b. 12/18/64

To the family of Dr. James Fitzpatrick-I wish to extend my sincere sympathy. He answered an emergency call on Dec 18, 1964 from Providence Hospital. He performed an emergency C/S and saved my premature son's life even though he was not my doctor. I never forgot Dr. Fitzpatrick and his kindness, calmness and skill. In fact, I became an RN and worked for 35 years in Labor and Delivery. Dr. Fitzpatrick was the gold standard by which I measured the obstetricians I worked with daily. I'm sure...

Dr. Fitzpatrick was an amazing obstetrician! He delivered 3 of my 4 sons. When he delivered my twins, they would have given me a C-section after my first twin was born, but he said no, and he pulled the other twin out by the feet; because he was breech. I thank god everyday for his decision. He was a great, and understanding man that will be missed dearly. When he retired his son Dr. Tim took me on as his patient until he retired also. I am so sorry for your loss.

Sending my strong sympathies to Dr. James family. He was the best doctor I have ever had. Yes, my doctor for many years. I can still hear his calm voice when we talked. ((Hugs)) to his family.

I was under Dr. James' care since I was 16. He was there for my husband and I when we lost our first child. He prayed with me before delivering my second and third. Dr. James was a gentle, strong person. I fondly remember his bow-ties and his quiet demeanor. Much love to his family - Donna Nasiatka

Dr. Tim and family,
I will always remember your dad's gentle and reassuring phone call he returned to me one night while I was pregnant with my first child. Assuring me that even though I was sick with a stomach bug, my baby was fine. A wonderful doctor who was loved by all. My deepest sympathy.

To the entire Fitzpatrick family, I wan't to offer my deepest and heartfelt condolences. My name is Fr. Ernie Bedard. Dr. Fitzpatrick was the doctor who delivered me on August 29,1977. My mother remembers how kind he was and it wasn't for him, I may not be here today. My mother almost lost me, but thankfully, he was able to help and because of his care and skill, I was born safely. Please know that I will remember him in a special way in my Masses, and be assured of my prayers for all of you....

Dr. Tim and Martha, my condolences on the lost of your dad, he was a great physician. RIP Dr. James Fitzpatrick.
