Not sure what to say?

Mr. Fluckey was the kindest and most generous teacher that I have ever known! No other teacher inspired such greatness in his students... It was an honor to be among the select few to be a member of the Concert Choir and perform on the Singing Christmas tree! Not only for me but I know of several students that would not have been in and completed school if not for being in the choir! We love you and we miss you! It is good to know that the angels have someone who can truly inspire...

Thank you Mr. Fluckey for the fun and inspiration that you always provided. You were the only reason that I wanted to go to school. I was in your French class and the tree in 1968 1969. Thank God for teachers like you. XX Sue Kinzbach 1969

Yvonne Ornelas, class of '84, I am deeply saddened by your passing, Mr. Fluckey as the world is poorer one great man. I can't wait to see what you do with the Angels' choir! You will be greatly missed by many who were so very privileged to have known you.
Thank you for touching so many lives. You are always in our thoughts, our hearts and in our fondest memories.

Fond memories of a terrific teacher and friend. Rest in peace, Mr. Fluckey.

Rose Chavez Tyner Class of 1967-1968 the 25th Anniversary of the Singing Christmas Tree! What an honor! What an awesome person. I am sad because we lost a great man.

Charles P. Crow, class of 1961

Paul Stembel, class of 1962, on the Tree 1960,61

In all the years I knew him I never heard him say an unkind word about anyone - except Republicans. And I'm not sure he was really unkind to them. He never yelled at anyone - except the concert choir if they were singing off key. And he only yelled with love in his heart. He also never yelled angrily at Irma James or me as we played bridge during lunch time.

Mr. Fluckey was a very special man and teacher. I was in his French classes, was an assistant to him for one year and sang on the Tree in 1966-67, as well as all 3 Alumni Reunions. He inspired me so much that I majored in French/Secondary Education and minored in Music. Whenever I became discouraged I thought of Mr. Fluckey and I would become encouraged to continue onward with my degree. He was always fair and honest and I am very saddened to hear of his passing.

Deepest...
