James D. Foster

Died November 19th, 2014 in Phoenix, AZ at the age of 92. Jim was preceded in death by his wife of almost 70 years, Betty, who passed away December 5, 2011; his son Stephen James; his brother Robert W; and his sister Ruth (Bill) Lehmann. He is survived by a son Robert W. (Peggy) and a sister Jean (Alan) Rindfleisch. Loving grandfather to Will (Heather), Heather (Brett) Duthie , and Hilary (fiance Brad) Foster. Great grandfather to Gabby and Drew Foster and Will Duthie. Also loved by some very special nieces and nephews.

Upon returning from 4 years in the Army during WWII, Jim worked as a painting contractor in the North Shore area for over 40 years.

A visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday November 25th from 10:00 AM until the time of an 11:30 AM reception at the funeral home.
