The Christian Benevolent Funeral Home, Inc., announces with the deepest sympathy the transition of King James Foster.


James Edmond Foster, affectionately known as King James, a native of Mobile, AL was born December 30, 1984, to James McWilliams and Ingrid Foster. On Saturday June 26, 2021, James departed this earthly life for his eternal life.


James was a 2003 graduate of John L. LeFlore High School. He attended Alabama Agriculture & Mechanical College in Huntsville, AL. He worked for Pilot Catastrophe in Mobile until his death.


James is preceded in death by his grandparents Mr. Warren Jerome Foster, M.D., Mrs. Mary Louise Bush-Foster, and Mr. & Mrs. James McWilliams.


James leaves to cherish his memory a loving and devoted family. His children; Jaylen, Braylen, and Raylen Foster; parents; Ingrid Foster and James McWilliams; siblings; Jasmine and Stanley Waddell, Shantel Allen, Tilisha Tate, Jennifer Bennett, Jessica Jones, Arron Morrisette, and Enjoli, Ariane, & James McWilliams; devoted niece; Tannar E. Jackson; Godparents; Mr. & Mrs. Wilbur (Felicher) Jones; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.


Visitation Friday, July 9, 2021, from 1pm until 5pm at Christian Benevolent Funeral Home, Mobile, AL and Saturday July 10, 2021, from 9am until 11am at Michael Dow Amphitheater, 3055-B Bank Avenue, Mobile, Alabama 36617. Interment will follow at the Catholic Cemetery 1700 Dr. Martin L. King Jr Avenue Mobile, Alabama 36617.
