Not sure what to say?

Liz, Tom, and Will,
I'm very sorry to learn of your Dad's passing. I only learned of it minutes ago after looking him up online. He's been on my mind and I just wanted to reach out to see how he and all of you are doing. He was truly an awesome guy that I was glad to have met and known, even for as short a time as I did. I loved his excitement, enthusiasm, and energy for live music.
I'm sorry that I did not know and that I did not get to see him again either. He is in my prayers as...

How very sad I was to hear of Jim's passing. We shared so many great summers in Stoney Point Canada growing up as kids. Those are treasured memories to me and will always be in my heart. Since his family was from Michigan and mine from Ohio, we would write letter in the winter and catch up although he would always yell at me for not writing enough (go figure). We did laugh a whole lot did some pretty crazy stuff, like stealing pears off the neighbors tree although everyone did that. But...

Dr Foydel was a great doctor who became an even greater friend! He had a truly kind hearted spirit with such amazing fun energy! While he was likely late to his own funeral:), I have no doubts that he is smiling and having a good time on the other side! So sorry for his kids who he always talked of and told fun stories about - no doubts how much he loved you all! He will be missed!

I'm at a loss for words Dr Foydel was the best pain Dr. I ever went to.. He was one of the few that helped me..I will truly miss him and his upbeat conversation. Chuck Brown

To the family: I have been a patient of Dr. Foydel's for more than 10 years and clearly, beyond helping me more than any other doctor I have ever had, I really looked forward to our visits, because we talked about ordinary life beyond my medical problems. I became his friend; few doctors in my life have shared so much of their life. And in so doing, I respected him as a person, beyond a doctor-patient relationship and took his advice seriously, and with a double impact. I know he spoke...

Lizzy-
We are so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. You are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Peace be with you and your family now and always.

Jim and I met as kids in Canada where our family's had summer cottages. We were best of friends during those summers and I got to know the whole Foydel family. We spent our days fishing, exploring, boating, and just hanging out......man did we laugh. He was so much fun. A great sense of humor that had to come from his Dad who always had the classic wise cracks for Jim's pals. I think we were 9 or 10 years old when we met and stayed in touch until 1983 when we drifted apart. Jim...
