Jim and Jean's back yard, 2019

I built a landscape for Jim and Jean in 2009 and helped care for it for the next ten years. Jim was among the kindest and most cheerful people I've known, and my visits with them were always among the high points of my week. I will miss Jim terribly, and offer my condolences to the family, especially to sweet Jean.

Jim F. was such a genuine, sweet man, & will be greatly missed by so many. Just one of my special memories with Jim is from the circa 1986 ACLOA run of the show “Annie”. He played Bert Healy & I was Bonnie Boylan (of the Boylan Sisters singers). We all had such GREAT fun with our on-stage radio scenes, with Bert (Jim F.) leading our little pack. Jim was truly a good man. We never knew him to speak ill on anyone. We never heard him raise his voice. We knew him when he worked at Sears in Santa Fe. The square dance trips and cruises that we took together were memorable. We loved him so much.

Jim was truly a good man. I never heard him say anything about anyone except compliments. I never heard him raise his voice. He talked about his family with so much love and respect. I have known him since he worked at Sears in Santa Fe. The square dancing trips and cruises we shared are memorable. I will remember his smile and the twinkle in his eye. We loved him so much!

I was so lucky to have known this couple. Back in the eighties, we sang in the Christian Center church choir together. Also I knew them through ACLOA. What sweet and fun folks. I am praying for your family for comfort. Jim had a wonderful and full life. So happy he did get that hole in one!
