Jim was a people person! I worked with him and I was his patient.Jim was a talker! But always listened well. He cared about the people he helped and always talked of his family, who he loved!

My deepest sympathy to the Francis Family on Jim's passing.

I remember fondly back to the days of high school, when, in homeroom - Jim, Robert, and I would have animated discussions about the coming/goings of the Red Sox. Jim had such a passion about them. I'll always remember that.

God Bless to you all -
