Not sure what to say?

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

James was my mom's cousin, son of my Great Grandfather, James K. Fraser. So he was also a cousin of mine. Several years ago for some reason I decided to email him, and I am so glad I did. What a perfect gentleman, so encouraging and so interested in our lives! He was also willing to pass on tidbits about our great Grandfather's life. James always seemed to be reaching out in some way to contribute to the betterment of the world. He spoke of securing things to be displayed in the Jewish...

Uncle Jim will be sorely missed. Through out my high school days he encouraged me in my art, with boxes of books and posters from art shows. His vast knowledge and wonderful stories of far off countries and fill my heart and mind. His love of Christ and his daily example of godliness will always be most remembered.

What a huge loss for us all...

My condolences to the Family. Please find comfort in God's promise to wipe the tears of sorrow from our eyes and eliminate death forever.

I fondly remember sitting in Uncle Jim & Aunt Billa's kitchen, drinking lapsang souchong tea and listening to their witty, intelligent conversation. He is at The Table now with G'ma, G'pa & Uncle David. Much love to Billa, Stephen, Caitlin & the grandkids.

I was so sorry to hear about Jim's passing. He was a mensch and a benefactor to FDU. His generosity and impact at the university continued long after he retired. I used to see him occasionally at various antiquarian/used bookstores buying books that he intended to donate to the FDU library. What a loss for us all! RIP Jim! And to the Fraser family, please accept my sincere condolences.

"When time, which steals our years away,
Shall steal our pleasures too,
The memories of the past will stay,
And half our joys renew."

My thoughts and prayers go out to James' family.

My sincere sympathy to the Fraser family. He graced our library with his tremendous knowledge and courteous and friendly ways. I will always be grateful for his generosity and encouragement. He will be missed.
