My Father and I were just talking about your Dad tonight. He has always spoken so highly about his old friend "Jim". They were both attorney's working in Judge Feeney's Law Firm in Boston. I remember, as a young girl, taking Saturday morning rides into the Office( 183 State Street) and your Dad would be there. Always a big smile on his face and then a few jokes were exchanged between the two. My Father left the firm for a Judgeship in the early 80's, but has never stopped telling stories...

You now have your girl with you Dad. She was so strong and brave. Better than most. I was able to hold back the tide for a while. It was so hard to let her go, but she belongs with you. You both earned your just reward. See you soon, Dad. Take care of Mom for me. Love, Margie

Dad, you were the best man I have ever known. You were so kind, so patient, so good. You were always there for me and Mom. You were generous to a fault. A calm voice when everone else was excited. Humble. I miss you so much, but I know we will be together again. The skating club is having it's 100th. I will take a lap for you. Your girls are o.k..

I knew Jim, though a client attorney relationship.Jim was always the professional, always concerned of getting issues done correctly. Through my dealings,I got to know Jim as a friend.Jim, excelled as a friend. Jim had a passion for Boston College and liked to talk about the railroads.Any concern you had, Jim was always willing to lend a ear. God speed, Jim, you are sorely missed.

The Freeley Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Freeley helped me so much with my case I'll be forever grateful. Even though I never had the privilege of meeting him we had many phone conversations.I found him to be such a kind and considerate man and I'll miss his calls.
With sympathy,
Linda Hosmer

We had the pleasure of watching James in action. He was truly a professional. We were fortunate to have him on our side. He helped our family tremendously when the chips were down. Our sympathies to his family and friends.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Mr. Freeley and found him to be a kind, intelligent, honest, compassionate, wise man. He helped me and my family professionally but became a friend and someone I looked forward to hearing from every now and then. My husband and I were saddened to hear of his passing and will miss our calls from him. He was truly "Old School" and it was a pleasure to have known him.
